The Sales and Marketing Council
The SSHBA Sales & Marketing Council (SMC)
was created to enhance and promote skills
and professionalism in sales and marketing
throughout the building industry. It offers
numerous training opportunities during the
year. The Sales & Marketing Council can give
you the competitive edge you need to sell
more homes by keeping you up to date with
the latest marketing techniques and creative
ideas; providing you with professional
credibility by offering national recognized
educational courses and certification
programs; and introducing the opportunities
to find new business sources by networking
with other top industry professionals. This
is a two in one membership. When you join
the SSHBA SMC you also become a member of
the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC).
